Senior Data Analytics Engineer

About the job

As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer at tbi bank, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks. You will collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions, perform data cleaning, transformation, and deep-dive exploratory analysis, and develop reporting solutions in Power BI. Additionally, you will build Python-based analytical scripts for automation, data enrichment, and predictive insights, support the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensure high data quality, documentation, and consistency, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way. To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of relevant experience. - Strong skills in SQL, Snowflake, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn basics), and Power BI expertise are required. - Experience with machine learning, MLOps, or Python automation is a plus. - Familiarity with financial/banking datasets, customer behavior, or credit portfolio data. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. - High attention to detail and data consistency are essential.
