We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Expert with strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Adobe Analytics to join our data consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing large datasets, deriving actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to clients—particularly in the context of digital journeys and customer engagement. This is a consultative, insight-driven role focused on enabling business impact through data. Key Responsibilities : • Analyze and interpret complex datasets using Excel and SQL to uncover actionable insights • Leverage Adobe Analytics to understand customer behavior, digital funnel performance, and engagement trends • Provide consultative recommendations to clients on journey optimization and digital strategy • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to align data insights with business goals • Slice and dice data across different dimensions such as channel, campaign, or audience segments • Create insightful dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively • (Optional) Support testing initiatives using Adobe Target or similar tools for personalization or optimization • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills and Experience : • 8+ years of experience in data analytics or digital consulting roles • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, modeling) • Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and aggregating large datasets • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong consulting acumen with ability to translate data into business decisions • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Good-to-Have : • Experience with Adobe Target or other A/B testing platforms • Knowledge of data storytelling and visualization best practices • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and MarTech stack • Working knowledge of Python for advanced analytics (not mandatory) • Experience in banking or financial services domain • Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
