JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE : Senior Data Developer GRADE : Senior SUBSIDIARY / DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW;Next Business Solution Group PURPOSE OF THE JOB :(A short paragraph to describe the main aspect of the role – the reason for the job) • Need a Senior Data Developer to develop the Data services and manage the service for Samsung Electronics Nordics (SENA). Contract has been signed and we are moving forward with development. .KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES(Bullet points of the duties of the role) • Development of New cubes • New data integration projects • New ETL flow implementation • New static reports in SSRS • Complicated maintenance on existing cubes and flows • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. There is a large amount of engagement with Samsung Electronics and communication is key to resolve customer issues and work effectively with the client. • Skills on best code practice, clean coding, and optimization of application performance • Work with SDSE Clients on BI Development. SDSE is working with the Samsung Nordics region to deliver Data delivery for their Business Intelligence team. • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken. Spoken Swedish would be an advantage, if engaging with Nordics Region. .KEY LIAISONS • Samsung SDS Europe HQ • Samsung Electronics Nordics • Samsung SDS Poland DIMENSIONS : • Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons • No. of communication partners : circa 30 • No. of Samsung Electronics European subsidiaries (Across Samsung Nordics Region) : 5 EDUCATION : N / A SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES :(Bullet points with essential & advantage key technical skills needed) Essential – Extensive experience (>= 10 years) in Data development Skill level (1=low, 10=high) MSSQL 10 SSIS 10 SSAS 10 DAX 10 SSRS 10 • Design Skill both of DB Schema (RDBMS, OLAP) and Data Flow • Development of New cubes • New data integration projects • New ETL flow implementation • New static reports in SSRS • Complicated maintenance on existing cubes and flows • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
