📌 Job Description Role: Senior Data Engineer – Marketing Technology Experience: 12+Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) 🔹 Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer – Marketing Technology with deep experience in Braze, enterprise data modeling, schema design, and data governance. The role focuses on building scalable data platforms and microservices that act as integration bridges between multiple marketing, product, and enterprise systems. This is a hands-on senior IC role, owning data architecture, integrations, and reliability for marketing technology ecosystems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain data models and schemas for marketing and customer platforms. • Build microservices to enable seamless data exchange between Braze and upstream/downstream systems. • Implement Braze data integrations (events, attributes, audience sync). • Define and enforce data governance, quality, and validation frameworks. • Develop and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines for marketing activation. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to enable personalization and lifecycle marketing. • Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability of marketing data systems. • Own data documentation, lineage, and schema evolution. 🔹 Mandatory Skills • Braze (Marketing Platform Integration) • Data Modeling & Schema Design • Data Governance & Quality Frameworks • Microservices Architecture • Marketing Technology / MarTech Data Engineering • 12+ Years of Relevant Experience 🔹 Good to Have • Python / Java / Scala • REST APIs & Webhooks • SQL (Advanced) • Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) • Streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub) • CDP experience (Segment, mParticle, Tealium).
