Hiring: Senior Data Engineer – NLP / LLM / Agentic AI | Remote | Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong NLP, Machine Translation, and LLM expertise to support our Lead Data Scientist in a long-term contract, part-time engagement. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who want flexible remote work while contributing to advanced AI, NLP, and Agentic AI solutions. Job Overview Role: Senior Data Engineer – NLP / LLM / Machine Translation Experience: 4+ Years Engagement Type: Long-Term Contract Work Mode: Remote (Pune-based candidates preferred) Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 4–5 Hours per Day⏰ Availability Requirement: Candidate must be available between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST for collaboration calls (typically 2–3 calls per day ) while delivering ~5 hours of support daily. ⚡ Immediate to 15 Days Joiners Preferred Note: This is a shadow/support role, therefore dual employment/parallel job is acceptable if availability requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Design and support scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and processing. Assist in productionizing AI / ML / NLP models and solutions. Develop and support Machine Translation pipelines and multilingual NLP workflows. Support integration of LLM-based systems and Agentic AI frameworks. Implement DataOps and DevOps best practices for AI infrastructure. Deploy and manage services using Docker and Kubernetes. Work extensively within the Azure ecosystem and Databricks. Optimize data architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance. Maintain data governance, versioning, and observability standards. Collaborate with the Lead Data Scientist and technical stakeholders. Required Skills Strong programming experience in Python. Strong PySpark and SQL. Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform and Databricks. Experience building end-to-end data pipelines. Experience with NLP frameworks (NLTK, SpaCy, OpenNLP, etc.). Experience working with Machine Translation systems. Experience integrating LLM APIs and generative AI workflows. Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration. Experience with Docker & Kubernetes deployments. Exposure to production AI/ML deployments. Strong technical communication and client collaboration skills. ⭐ Good to Have Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs). LLM fine-tuning and production deployment. Experience with multilingual NLP systems. Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks. Experience working in startup or product-driven environments.
