About the Role Black Panda is hiring a Senior Data & Insights Analyst for a North America–based technology client. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, business insight, and decision support. Key Responsibilities • Interpret and translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights • Design, develop, and maintain operational reports, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses • Build and maintain data models and reporting pipelines using BigQuery • Develop high-quality visualizations using Looker Studio • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities • Provide context and narrative around data to support decision-making • Partner with product, tech, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes Required Experience & Qualifications • 5–8+ years of experience in data analysis, insights, or analytics roles • Strong hands-on experience with : • BigQuery • SQL • Looker Studio • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business stakeholders • Experience working with large, disparate data sets • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Reporting & Collaboration • Reports to : Director of Product & Technology • Works within an existing data team Work Model & Timing • Employment type : Full-time • Location : Remote • Working hours : North American time zones (PST / MST / EST) • Expected start : Mid-February to March (flexible based on hiring timelines)
