THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Quality Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. The role focuses on data validation, data testing, and data quality assurance across large and complex datasets to support business reporting and analytics initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for decision-making. Required Skills • 5+ years of hands-on experience in: • SQL (strong proficiency – mandatory) • Data Testing & Data Validation • Data Analysis • Strong working knowledge of: • PL/SQL • MS Excel • Power BI • Business Objects or any equivalent reporting tool • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have • Hands-on experience with Sigma Analytics. • Exposure to Snowflake database. • Experience working with large-scale analytical or enterprise data platforms. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and validate large datasets based on business and functional requirement documents. • Perform data testing and data quality checks to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies. • Review and analyze reports to assess the operational health of production data and analytics applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed data requirements and validate datasets prior to delivery. • Perform deep-dive analysis on high-volume datasets to derive meaningful insights and detect data quality issues. • Investigate data issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement effective and timely resolutions. • Work effectively in an Agile team environment, collaborating closely with analytics, engineering, and business teams. • Maintain documentation related to data validation processes, test cases, and findings.
