Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Location: Hyderabad / Pune Experience: 8+ Years (Senior Level) Compensation: ₹2.6 Lakh per month Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and deliver advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work on large-scale datasets, build production-grade machine learning models, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, and product teams to drive data-driven decisions. Roles & Responsibilities • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and patterns • Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions • Build and maintain data pipelines;perform data wrangling using Python, R, and SQL • Communicate insights through effective data visualization and storytelling • Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance • Deploy and manage ML/AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards Must-Have Skills: • 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI projects • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques • Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.) • Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn • Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Good-to-Have Skills: • Experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Time Series Analysis • Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment • Experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG, Context Engineering, or Agentic AI • Relevant certifications or strong project portfolios in Data Science / ML
