About the Role We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in data science methodologies and exceptional proficiency in Python. You will lead end-to-end analytical initiatives — from problem framing and data preparation to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. This role requires strong technical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced statistical, machine learning, and AI models to solve complex business problems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to frame analytical problems, define objectives, and identify relevant data sources. • Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets. • Implement efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python-based data science workflows. • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights. • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve models iteratively. • Work closely with engineering teams to operationalize and integrate models into production systems. • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, reviewing code, methodologies, and project approaches. • Stay current with emerging tools, libraries, and research in data science and machine learning.
