This individual will play a key role in driving innovation and transforming the construction industry through cutting-edge data science solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop strategic data science solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. • Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and develop predictive models using traditional data science methods and generative AI. • Apply machine learning algorithms to improve key processes such as project execution, safety, and risk assessment. • Design, lead, and own the development of predictive models from hypothesis generation to deployment and monitoring. • Build, validate, and optimize machine learning and statistical models using best-in-class techniques. • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to understand data needs and develop solutions. • Stay current with advancements in data science and machine learning to leverage organizational data effectively. • Use statistical techniques to detect anomalies and optimize operational workflows. • Drive data-driven decision-making by collaborating with product managers and business leaders. Qualification: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. • 8-10 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. • Experience working in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies. • Experience working with construction-related data or similar industries is a plus.
