Data Scientist - Banking Financial Services Domain - 10 Years - Bangalore Summary - We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions. This role requires strong technical expertise exceptional stakeholder communication and the ability to design scalable production-ready solutions. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data science projects-from problem definition and data exploration to model development validation deployment and monitoring. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful analytical solutions and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Design and implement advanced machine learning statistical modeling NLP and optimization techniques using Python SQL and modern DS ML frameworks. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure scalable data pipelines reliable production models and efficient cloud-based workflows e g Databricks. Provide technical leadership through mentoring best practices and delivery of executive-ready dashboards visualizations and presentations.
