Build and operationalize advanced ML models, create production pipelines, and automate the full model lifecycle. Require 6+ months in media analytics or marketing effectiveness, plus proven MLOps, optimization, and NLP skills for tangible business results. Required Skills & Experience • 6–8 years in Data Science/Analytics, with deep MLOps and NLP expertise. • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field (Master's preferred). • Expert in Python, Spark, and SQL, with emphasis on clean, documented code. • Hands-on MLOps: CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, model monitoring, and deployment. • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure. • Proficiency in LLMs, generative AI, and integrating NLP into workflows. • Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO). • Mastery of ML algorithms, data structures, and scalable architectures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams. Desired Qualifications • Background in Retail, eCommerce, or CPG. • Expertise in time series forecasting, customer lifetime value modeling, and text classification. • Knowledge of cloud-native MLOps tools (e.g., Azure ML, MLflow, Kubeflow). Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy scalable ML/NLP models aligned to business priorities. • Develop and maintain production MLOps pipelines for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform challenges into AI-powered insights. • Lead media analytics for campaign performance and optimization. • Partner with data engineers, architects, and analysts on end-to-end solutions. • Automate DS workflows, tracking, and governance. • Advocate for modern tools and frameworks to drive continuous improvements. • Innovate with LLMs and generative AI for practical applications.
