Work Mode: Hybrid Experience Required: 6+ years Client: Leading global organization collaborating across Europe & the US About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong foundation in advanced analytics, machine learning fundamentals, and deep hands-on expertise in Python — especially around model training, evaluation, and experimentation. This role is positioned at the exploration and prototyping stage, working closely with marketing and product teams while collaborating with global colleagues across Europe and the United States. Key Responsibilities • Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models • Lead experimentation and prototyping for early‑stage product ideas • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations • Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation Required Skills & Experience • ~6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist • Strong command of ML algorithms, experimentation methods, and advanced analytics • Excellent Python skills — model training, evaluation, and pipelines • Ability to work on exploratory and prototyping‑focused initiatives • Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with AWS • Exposure to GenAI, including LLMs, chatbots, agents, etc.
