Full stack development skills and proficiency in .NET will be considered a strong asset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement advanced algorithms for generative AI models, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. - Expertly craft prompts and fine-tune generative AI to optimize performance for various tasks. - Design and deploy automation solutions using Azure GPT services, streamlining business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with full-stack development tools, utilizing .NET when applicable. - Lead the process of retraining LLMs with curated datasets to meet specific objectives for the business case. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, continuously driving improvement and innovation. - Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, providing guidance on best practices in AI. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor/Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Years of professional experience in data science with a focus on generative AI and Large Language Models. - Proven track record of working with Azure's GPT services, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. - Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specialized applications. - Strong programming skills, including experience with full-stack development tools.
