Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Deputy General Manager for Abroad Jobs (PR Pathways) based in Abroad. The responsibilities include overseeing immigration and visa services, developing strategies to support clients seeking Permanent Residency (PR) pathways, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory processes. The role also involves leading a team of consultants, conducting assessments, and implementing initiatives to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and mentor a team of consultants. • In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations, PR pathways, and visa consulting processes. • Proficiency in strategic planning, operational management, and problem-solving. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. • Experience in providing consultancy services, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
