Position : Senior Developer Full Stack .NET Location : Pune COE Experience : 5–7 years in software development Employment Type : Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET , Angular , SQL Server and RabbitMQ . As a Senior Developer, you will be hands-on with coding, problem solving, and designing modules, while collaborating closely with Tech Leads and Architects to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & build services. Develop scalable .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core) clean APIs (REST) with solid testing and performance. 2. Rationalise and modernise legacy apps (keep, refactor or rebuild). 3. Develop responsive and interactive front-end applications using Angular. 4. Work with SQL Server for schema design, query optimization, and data handling. 5. Work with RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging and event-driven systems. 6. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning. 7. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery. 8. Follow Agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives. Required Skills 1. Strong hands-on expertise in software development working with .NET. 2. Strong API design skills. 3. Angular for UI development. 4. Databases : SQL Server (the most commonly used), Informix. These involve large models and queries that can be quite complex. 5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 6. Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks. 7. RabbitMQ – message broker patterns. 8. Strong grasp of SOLID principles and OOP, with a passion for clean and well-designed software architecture. Optional Skills (Good to Have) 1. Experience with PHP (modern versions : 7.3 / 7.4+) and ASP.NET. 2. Comfortable with shell scripting. 3. Experience with migration automation tools (Liquibase). 4. Basic knowledge of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus). 5. Familiarity with Agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban) and distributed, multicultural teams. 6. Design, development, and validation of Tableau dashboards for decision-making. 7. A builder mindset : ownership, pragmatism, and sleeves rolled up when needed.
