Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionSenior Digital Marketing AnalystRoche India - Roche Services & SolutionsHyderabad Your Opportunity: • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer, marketing, and web behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities. • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track digital performance metrics across channels (email, website, and social media). • Suggest enhancements and conduct A/B testing on the user experience by analyzing web traffic data, email campaign performance, etc. • Provide ad hoc analyses, insights, and recommendations to business partners on the tactic performance, engagement, and effectiveness of digital campaigns. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing and analytics teams) to define KPIs and optimize digital journeys. • Develop a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and digital campaign performance metrics. • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to business teams. • Mentor junior team members and train partners on analytics tools, tracking best practices, and reporting frameworks. Who you are: • Holds Bachelor’s Degree (computer science, engineering, or other technical disciplines) with 3-6 years of digital marketing technology experience. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels. • Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
