Your Opportunity: The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to establish and validate metrics for capturing the performance of digital experiences. As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will: • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer, marketing, and web behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities. • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track digital performance metrics across channels (email, website, and social media). • Suggest enhancements and conduct A/B testing on the user experience. • Provide ad hoc analyses, insights, and recommendations to business partners on the tactic performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and optimize digital journeys. • Develop a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and digital campaign performance metrics. • Mentor junior team members and train partners on analytics tools.
