We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can manage paid ads, SEO, CRM automation, and lead nurturing systems to drive high-quality admissions. This is a performance-focused role where the key objective is: Lower CPL, improve conversion rate, and scale revenue profitably. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing (Meta & Paid Ads) • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on: • Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) • Google Ads • Manage webinar campaigns, lead generation funnels • A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages • Optimize for: • CPL • Cost per webinar registration • Cost per admission • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining ROIS SEO & Organic Growth • Develop and execute SEO strategy • Keyword research for education & career guidance topics • Optimize website pages and blog content • Improve rankings & organic lead generation • Technical SEO audits CRM & Automation • Manage CRM workflows (Lead nurturing, tagging, segmentation) • Experience with tools like: • LeadSquared • Zoho CRM • HubSpot • Build: • Email automation sequences • WhatsApp drip campaigns • Webinar reminder sequences • Ensure fast lead response & proper funnel tracking Growth Marketing & Funnel Optimization • Improve landing page conversion rates • Increase webinar show-up rates • Optimize full funnel: • Ad → Landing → Webinar → Calling → Admission • Track and analyze funnel metrics weekly • Work closely with admissions & sales team KPIs • Cost Per Lead (CPL) • Cost Per Admission • Webinar Show-Up Rate • Landing Page Conversion Rate • Organic Traffic Growth • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
