We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and guide junior team members. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Manage paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads) with focus on ROI and lead quality • Oversee SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO • Develop and manage social media marketing strategies and content calendars • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards • Manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated marketing efforts • Lead, mentor, and review work of junior digital marketing executives • Track budgets, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel strategies • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Preferred Skills: • Experience in B2B / IT / Textile / E-commerce marketing • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) • Basic understanding of HTML, CMS (WordPress), and landing page optimization • Experience in influencer marketing and online reputation management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Lead generation and conversion rates • Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI • Organic traffic and keyword growth • Engagement and brand visibility metrics • Campaign performance and revenue contribution
