About the Role Nakshatra Technohub India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of digital growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 360° digital marketing, including paid campaigns, SEO, social media, and marketplace management. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) end-to-end • Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic • Manage and scale social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for engagement and conversions • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better conversion rates and ROI • Create data-driven strategies to convert leads into revenue • Handle and grow online sales through Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure campaign alignment • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in performance marketing and revenue-driven campaigns • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and analytics tools • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing • Experience managing Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts and ads • Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities What We’re Looking For • A results-driven professional who can turn strategies into measurable revenue • Someone with a growth mindset and ownership attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and join immediately Why Join Us? • Opportunity to lead and scale digital marketing initiatives • Work in a growth-focused and innovative environment • High impact role with visibility and ownership
