RESPONSIBILITIES : • Lead the agency’s digital strategy across platforms and channels. • Drive e-commerce initiatives – D2C, marketplaces, and customer experience. • Oversee programmatic media buying for efficiency and scale. • Lead performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display & affiliates to maximize ROI. • Develop integrated campaigns leveraging data, analytics, and insights. • Build and mentor high-performing digital teams. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure business objectives are met. SKILL & KNOWLEDGE : • 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role. • Proven expertise in e-commerce, programmatic media, and performance marketing. • Strong grasp of analytics, measurement, and optimization tools. • Excellent leadership and client management skills.
