Our client, a leading entity in the Arts & Entertainment sector, is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about promoting artistic endeavors through innovative digital strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and expand audience reach for various art projects and cultural events. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.). Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI. Create compelling and engaging content, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics. SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings for relevant keywords. Manage social media channels, fostering community interaction and brand loyalty. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and personalizing content. Collaborate with artists, curators, and creative teams to develop marketing materials. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide insights for optimization. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the arts or cultural sector. Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns and social media advertising. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp). Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. A genuine passion for and understanding of the arts and cultural landscape.
