Our client is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative online marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving online engagement, lead generation, and ROI through a variety of digital channels. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Analyze campaign performance data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize reach and conversion rates. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to build brand presence and loyalty. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. Report on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of results and future recommendations. Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing remote team culture. Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for digital marketing strategies. Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to the strategic planning process for new client acquisitions and ongoing client growth. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of digital marketing operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion in a senior or specialized role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions. Excellent understanding of current digital marketing trends and technologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote role. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is highly desirable. A creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
