This role is based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, IN, offering a hybrid work arrangement that combines office presence with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful online campaigns. As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve key business objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy development. - Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to maximize ROI. - Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital platforms. - Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. - Managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. - Analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms. - Providing actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and user experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. - Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - Managing the digital marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Mentoring junior marketing team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - A Master's degree is a plus. - A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategy development and campaign management. - Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or relevant marketing platforms is highly desirable.
