Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, IN, is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join their marketing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement overarching digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising. - Plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve organic and paid search rankings. - Create and manage engaging content strategies across various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, and videos. - Oversee social media presence, including content creation, community management, and paid social campaigns. - Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. - Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms, and provide regular reports with actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. - Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. - Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources. - Mentor and guide junior marketing team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management. - Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing principles. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and SEMrush. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in team leadership is a plus.
