Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to drive their performance marketing initiatives from their office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN. This is a critical role focused on optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and customer acquisition. The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing. You will leverage data analytics, market insights, and cutting-edge tools to identify opportunities, refine targeting, and improve campaign performance. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities Include: - Developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives, such as customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI targets. - Managing and optimizing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) campaigns, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bid management, and ad creative testing. - Overseeing display advertising and programmatic buying campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. - Developing and managing affiliate marketing programs to expand customer reach and drive sales. - Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers. - Analyzing campaign performance data, generating insightful reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. - Conducting A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve conversion rates. - Staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. - Managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different channels. - Identifying and evaluating new marketing channels and opportunities for growth. - Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic adjustments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media management. - Proven track record of successfully developing and executing paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results. - Proficiency with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics. - Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus. - Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable.
