Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a visionary Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead their online growth initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and maximizing online sales conversion rates. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to achieve target ROI and CPA. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other relevant platforms. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with web development, design, and product teams to ensure seamless user experience and effective conversion funnels. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Stay current with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices. Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and performance marketing, is required. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online sales channels is essential. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing automation, and content strategy is mandatory. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms is crucial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective collaboration and reporting. This role is based in our client's vibrant office in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, IN, with a hybrid work model allowing for both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
