We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital professional for our digital practice to drive innovation, and deliver ROI-driven campaigns. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep digital expertise, and the ability to grow client relationships and business. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead the agency’s digital strategy across platforms and channels. · Drive e-commerce initiatives – D2C, marketplaces, and customer experience. · Oversee programmatic media buying for efficiency and scale. · Lead performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display & affiliates to maximize ROI. · Develop integrated campaigns leveraging data, analytics, and insights. · Build and mentor high-performing digital teams. · Maintain strong client relationships and ensure business objectives are met. SKILL & KNOWLEDGE: · 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role. · Proven expertise in e-commerce, programmatic media, and performance marketing. · Strong grasp of analytics, measurement, and optimization tools. · Excellent leadership and client management skills.
