Senior Digital Project Manager – Digital Delivery (Web & Mobile)

Role & Responsibilities • Reporting to the Project Director, you will be managing several clients across the business. You will have responsibility for working with the agency designers, developers, strategists, and client services to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget and to the best possible quality. • Ideally, you will have a strong background of project delivery and should be confident in project managing complex web builds utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies. • This is a great opportunity for you if you are striving to take your career to the next level working for a dynamic agency. We all work closely together and take pride in producing top-quality work. • Day to day you must create, maintain and track project plans, schedules and risk/issue logs throughout the life of the project. Specific duties include: • Project Coordination across a multitude of global client accounts. • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis. • Driving project activities to ensure project success following an Agile Process, ensuring it is implemented and followed. • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget. • Managing the project team across different geographical locations. • Making appropriate and necessary decisions on the project relating to administration, scope and control. • Review risk/issue logs with project team - taking ownership of solutions. • Advise on Project Management Standards, processes and procedures - challenging any that become a constraint. • Proficiency in using a project management and bug tracking system i.e. Jira. • Ensuring that project issues, conflicts and disagreements are identified and quickly resolved. • Supporting the Project Team in all quality related activities. • Demonstrated senior-level project management experience with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to proactively define next steps, remove blockers, and drive project progress with minimal supervision. • Mandatory experience managing digital product delivery across web and mobile applications. • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, with the ability to challenge timelines, assess feasibility, and support informed decision-making. • Technical awareness sufficient to engage with product and engineering teams; deep technical auditing or coding expertise is not required. • Anticipate upcoming project needs, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple workstreams. • Drive timelines, track progress, and ensure accountability across stakeholders and delivery teams. • Prioritize competing initiatives aligned with business and delivery objectives. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage cross-platform interdependencies to ensure aligned and timely execution. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, depending on project scale and complexity. • Experience working within a POD or dedicated delivery model, leading cross-functional teams aligned to specific clients, platforms, or product streams. • Comfortable operating within structured capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization across engagements. • Proven hands-on experience delivering end-to-end digital projects, including mobile applications, websites, and AI-enabled solutions. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles; experience managing projects involving software engineering is mandatory. • Broad digital product and platform knowledge required; deep expertise across all technologies is not essential. • Strong working knowledge of Content Management Systems is essential for web-focused delivery roles. • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or Umbraco is preferred. • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is advantageous but not mandatory. Ideal Candidate • Strong Senior Digital Project Manager – Digital Delivery (Web & Mobile) Profiles • Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of overall experience, with strong senior-level project management exposure in digital product delivery environments. • Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital projects including websites, mobile applications, and platform-based solutions. • Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have actively led Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews) and driven Agile execution. • Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have managed CMS-based web projects (WordPress / Sitecore / Umbraco mandatory exposure). • Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience managing cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, strategy) across multiple geographies. • Mandatory (Experience 6) – Proven experience in risk management, scope control, budgeting, timeline ownership, and project governance. • Mandatory (Company) -Must have worked in digital-first creative agencies, media agencies, marketing agencies, digital transformation agencies, or technology service firms delivering digital/web/mobile projects for clients. • Mandatory (Tools) – Strong working knowledge of Jira (epics, tasks, bug tracking), project plans, risk logs, SoW, functional specifications, and proposals. • Preferred (Experience) – Must have client-facing experience managing US/UK or global clients, with proven ability to handle senior stakeholder communication independently. • Preferred (Technology Exposure) – Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms is advantageous. • Preferred (Environment) – Experience working in POD-based or dedicated client delivery models within agency environments.
