Customer Journey & Value Mapping • Expertise in mapping the customer journey and identifying key touchpoints. • Ability to articulate how marketing efforts create value at each stage. • Knowledge of customer segmentation and behavioral analysis. 4. Budgeting & Financial Acumen • Experience in marketing budget allocation and optimization. • Understanding of cost-per-acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and profitability metrics. 8.
