Your Impact: As a Senior Director of Engineering Product Management in the AI & Automation Center, you will be pivotal in driving innovation, re-engineering business processes, and enhancing productivity through the strategic application of AI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product management background, a passion for technology, a proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities. Responsibilities: • Innovation and Prototyping: Find opportunities for innovation and lead the creation of prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate new ideas and technologies. • Business Process Re-engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and re-engineer business processes, employing AI and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. • Reusable AI Assets: Drive the development and adoption of reusable AI assets, including models, APIs, and frameworks, to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market. • Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation and AI-driven solutions, aligning with overall business objectives. • Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing: Establish and share best practices, guidelines, and standards for AI development and deployment across the organization. • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate progress. • Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, sales, marketing, legal) to drive alignment, overcome obstacles, and deliver high-impact features, as well as act as a senior representative of the organization.
