Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director of Operations, based in Kochi. The chosen candidate will lead operational strategies, oversee the day-to-day management of business operations, and implement process improvement initiatives. They will manage budgets, ensure efficiency, foster team collaboration, and address customer concerns to drive company objectives forward and achieve operational excellence. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Operations Management and process optimization to ensure end-to-end efficiency. • Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data and inform decision-making processes. • Proven experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead, guide, and inspire teams effectively. • Competence in Budgeting and financial planning to optimize cost efficiency and drive profitability. • Strong Customer Service orientation to address client concerns and enhance satisfaction levels. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or high-transaction environments is a plus.
