Responsibilities: • Define and own the product strategy for building a sourcing platform globally • Own the roadmap with AI-native capabilities as the default • Build a strong competitive posture across intelligence depth, coverage, speed, and usability • Shape the product narrative for customers, partners, analysts, and investors • Define and monitor success metrics, using data to iterate quickly ... and improve product performance. • Serve as the internal voice of the customer and align product priorities with company OKRs. Build a team of PMs and contribute to building a top tier product culture. Good to have: • Prior 10–15+ years of experience in product management, including global leadership roles • Strong background in B2B SaaS and AI Native data-driven platforms; supply chain or procurement experience is a major plus • B. Tech/ MBA from a Tier-1 institution; electronics engineering background preferred • Proven experience scaling products from early stages to enterprise adoption • Solid understanding of AI systems, including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prediction, clustering, and anomaly detection • Experience working with high-scale data platforms, catalogs, pricing engines, or intelligence products • Ability to work fluently with engineering, design, AI teams, and enterprise customers • Comfortable acting as an external product evangelist • Clear thinking, structured communication, and a strong bias for action
