Immediate Openings – Senior Dynamics 365 Consultants (Sales & Customer Service) -Permanent WFH, & Active Passport Holder We are urgently looking for Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants with strong experience in Sales & Customer Service modules, Copilot/AI implementation, and large-scale CRM deployments. Key Requirements: • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service • Proven experience in Copilot integration and implementing AI solutions within Dynamics CRM • Strong understanding of model-driven apps, business process flows, and security model • Experience with Power Platform components: • Dataverse design, data modeling, and entity relationships • Experience with Custom Plugins, Workflows, PCF controls • Knowledge of integrations using: • Azure Functions / Logic Apps / API Connectors • Service Bus / Synchronous & Asynchronous patterns • Experience with data migrations • Understanding of security roles, field-level security & record-level sharing • Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service and CPQ is a plus Skills & Attributes • Excellent communication skills • Proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work with global/distributed teams • Strong documentation and solutioning skills Mandatory Conditions • Immediate joiners only • Active passport required • Microsoft Certifications Apply now with your updated CV at hr@aegissofttech.com
