Job Description Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic remote team. This role is crucial for driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility across social media platforms, and optimizing the customer journey. You will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies tailored for our e-commerce operations. Key responsibilities include managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), conducting A/B testing for landing pages and ad creatives, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for social media content strategy, community engagement, and influencer collaborations to build a strong brand presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, email marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization techniques. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growing online sales and brand engagement in competitive markets. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. • Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) and paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats. • Oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement to build brand loyalty. • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, web development) to ensure cohesive campaign execution. • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, digital marketing tools, and platform updates. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
