Our client is seeking a highly analytical and creative Senior E-commerce Marketing Strategist to drive growth and engagement for their online brands. This fully remote position requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, social media marketing, and digital advertising. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, leveraging data insights, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure maximum ROI. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adept at managing multiple projects, and passionate about creating exceptional online customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across various e-commerce platforms and social media channels. - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. - Oversee social media content strategy, community management, and engagement initiatives. - Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to enhance performance. - Develop and implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies. - Manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and automation. - Collaborate with the product and UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. - Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to identify new growth avenues. - Report on key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Manage affiliate marketing programs and partnerships. - Explore and implement emerging e-commerce and social media technologies. - Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn. - Stay up to date with the latest SEO and SEM best practices.
