Senior E Mail Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact email campaigns. This role requires deep marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes such as MQLs, pipeline, and conversions. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute end-to-end email campaign strategy • Define audience segmentation, ICP targeting, and messaging frameworks • Lead email copy, personalization strategy, and content optimization • Plan and manage: • Campaign calendars • Multi-touch nurture programs • Drip and automation workflows • Analyze advanced performance metrics: • CTR • Conversion rates • MQL attribution • Deliverability and inbox placement • Optimize campaigns based on data, benchmarks, and testing insights • Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives • Ensure high deliverability through best practices in: • List hygiene • Domain reputation • IP management • Compliance • Guide and mentor junior email marketing team members • Own reporting, dashboards, and campaign performance reviews • Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks • Recommend strategic improvements to scale campaign performance Requirements • 5+ years of experience in email marketing • Proven track record of driving MQLs and conversions via email • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.) • Advanced knowledge of email deliverability and compliance • Experience with lead scoring, CRM integration, and attribution models • Strong analytical and decision-making ability • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization (preferred) • Strong understanding of buyer journeys and lifecycle marketing
