Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Electrical Design Manager based in Thane, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves leading the design team and overseeing the end-to-end design process of power transformers and other related electronics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing electrical designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, collaborating with project managers, and providing technical guidance to ensure product performance and quality. Additional tasks include conducting design analysis, maintaining documentation, and liaising with clients to meet project requirements. Qualifications • Strong expertise in electrical design, transformer design, and power systems • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools used for electrical engineering • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements • Experience in managing teams, guiding junior engineers, and overseeing project timelines • Problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and improve designs • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic background • Previous experience in the transformer or power solutions industry is highly advantageous • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
