Senior Engineer – Computer Vision

About the job

We are looking for a highly experienced Computer Vision & AI Specialist to drive advanced research and development in automatic target recognition, detection, classification, segmentation, and real-time AI systems. The role requires deep expertise across ML, CV, sensor fusion, image processing, and deployment on edge‑AI platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop algorithms for ATR, detection, classification & segmentation. Work with deep learning-based tracking, feature matching, optical flow, homography & warping. Build image restoration, denoising, and feature extraction pipelines. Develop real‑time AI models on platforms like NVIDIA Jetson. Implement GPU optimization, parallel & distributed computing. Work with inference engines, ONNX, and model optimization tools. Build multimodal sensor fusion systems (Lidar + Vision). Utilize synthetic data, simulations, GANs, VAEs, 3D modeling. Apply CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, transformers, explainable AI. Develop 3D reconstruction: stereo vision, SfM, photogrammetry. Work on VISNIR, MWIR, SWIR imaging. Deploy systems in Linux environments using Python, C/C++, MATLAB, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. Containerize using Docker and run benchmarking for performance validation. Qualifications Master's or PhD in CS, EE, or related field. 12+ years of experience in ML, CV, Sensor Fusion & Deep Learning. Mandatory hands‑on experience in Defense or Aerospace applications. Strong coding skills in Python, C/C++, MATLAB. Experience with optimization, synthetic data, cybersecurity, and data handling. Location & Relocation Requirement This role is based in the UAE, and relocation is mandatory. Full relocation support will be provided for the right candidate.
