This role is ideal for a proactive, disciplined, and people-centric professional who takes ownership of maintaining harmony, legal compliance, and operational excellence in a dynamic industrial environment. 🔹 Position Overview • Role: Senior Engineer – HR (Employee Relations / Industrial Relations) • Department: Human Resource – ER/IR • Experience Required: 5+ Years • Location: Pune – Chakan This is a pivotal position where you will directly contribute to the development of a positive industrial climate, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end HR operations. 🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities - Ensure 100% adherence to all statutory and legal norms, with zero deviation. - Maintain full compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and regulatory requirements as per state and central guidelines. - Foster a harmonious, productive, and congenial workplace environment across teams and shopfloor operations. - Address employee grievances professionally and maintain transparent communication to build healthy employee relations. - Lead the execution and monitoring of HR policies and ensure timely implementation across levels. - Achieve zero non-compliance (NC) during statutory, legal, or internal audits. - Oversee plant administration, including facilities, infrastructure, security, and housekeeping management. - Manage vendor operations, contract labor stakeholders, internal and external authorities, and third-party agencies. - Prepare, update, and maintain monthly HRMIS reports ensuring data accuracy for analytics and management decisions. - Lead annual budgeting for the HR function and ensure adherence throughout the financial year. 🔹 Desired Professional Qualities • Strong understanding of IR & ER practices in a manufacturing setup • Excellent communication and negotiation capability • Ability to resolve conflicts and build trust-based relations • Detail-oriented with strong statutory documentation knowledge • Result-driven mindset with hands-on approach to HR operations Why Join Spark Minda Group? • One of India’s respected and innovation-driven engineering groups • Diverse and empowering work culture • Opportunity to contribute to strategic people practices • A platform for continuous learning and career advancement At Spark Minda, you don’t just work — you contribute to a legacy of quality, people growth, and community impact.
