Our client, a rapidly growing technology firm, is seeking an accomplished Senior Enterprise Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with key enterprise clients in the Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, IN region. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, understanding their business needs, and aligning our client's solutions to meet those objectives. This involves developing comprehensive account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high client retention rates. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in the technology sector, particularly with SaaS solutions or enterprise software, is highly advantageous. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer success, and product development, to ensure clients receive seamless support and realize the full value of our client's offerings. The ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences, including senior management, is essential. This role also involves forecasting sales, managing CRM data accurately, and contributing to market intelligence by understanding competitive landscapes. A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and a commitment to building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships are critical. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution implementation. - Present complex technical solutions and value propositions to executive-level clients. - Negotiate contracts and terms of service to secure long-term partnerships. - Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a proven track record of success. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts. - Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is strongly preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen and ability to understand client business challenges. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
