Key Responsibilities: • Manage client communications and expectations to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes. • Assist project managers in coordinating project schedules, resources, and deliverables. • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making. • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Skills and Tools Required: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred. • Experience in client management or consulting roles is an advantage. Essential Skills: • Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable production applications • Hands-on experience with ML and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Strong understanding of LLM architectures (GPT, BERT, T5, Llama, etc.), embeddings, and fine-tuning • Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), FAISS/Elasticsearch, and vector databases • Familiarity with agentic workflows and model orchestration frameworks • Strong knowledge of software architecture, API design, microservices, and distributed systems • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment tools • Experience with cloud platforms and ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Understanding of SQL and data pipelines for feature engineering and inference • Experience implementing automated testing and monitoring for ML/LLM services • Proven track record of delivering real-world, production-grade AI solutions Desirable Skills: • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience mentoring junior engineers and establishing coding standards and best practices • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred • 4+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML applications Qualities: • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience mentoring junior engineers and establishing coding standards and best practices • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities
