Job Role: Marketing Job Title: Senior Executive Department: Marketing Profile Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support sales growth across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai markets. This role demands a creative and result-oriented professional with strong market understanding and execution capabilities across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities • Market Research & Analysis: • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitive landscape. • Analyze local market dynamics to support marketing strategy decisions. • Campaign Development & Execution: • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for online and offline channels. • Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and communication. • Digital Marketing: • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation. • Track digital campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. • Events & Promotions: • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination: • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. • Reporting & Performance Analysis: • Maintain records of marketing activities and generate regular campaign performance reports. • Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements. Preferred Candidate Profile • Strong understanding of marketing principles and local market dynamics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. • Strong coordination and execution skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in real estate or a similar industry. • Experience working across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai markets preferred.
