Role Description This full-time Senior Executive - C- Level Engagement role is an on-site position located in Nashik. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, identifying partnership opportunities, and driving strategic business initiatives. Key tasks include developing and implementing engagement plans, crafting proposals, conducting presentations, and ensuring alignment of business goals with client objectives. The role also involves fostering collaboration between internal teams and ensuring premium-level client experience. Qualifications • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Account Management. • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills. • Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Analytical Thinking abilities. • Proven expertise in Business Development, Revenue Generation, and Partnership Management. • Leadership capabilities to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. • Experience in managing C-level relationships and a deep understanding of corporate operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
