Location: Gurgaon Role Summary The Senior Executive – Client Success will manage client communication, support campaign execution, monitor performance, and ensure smooth delivery across all assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship & Account Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring quick responses and smooth communication. Understand client requirements, KPIs, and goals to guide campaign direction. Maintain healthy, long-term client relationships. 2. Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup, tracking, and delivery. Assist in launching, managing, and optimizing affiliate/performance marketing campaigns. Monitor pacing, quality, and overall performance across networks and traffic sources. 3. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze campaign data and highlight insights or required optimizations. Suggest improvements for performance enhancement and KPI achievement. Work on troubleshooting tracking or delivery issues. 4. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly and monthly reporting decks with accurate performance insights. Communicate results, learning, and next steps clearly to clients. 5. Revenue Support & Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase campaign volumes or introduce additional services. Work with the BD team to support revenue growth initiatives. Key Requirements: Experience: 1–1.5 years in Client Success, Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing. Industry Knowledge: Clear understanding of affiliate tracking, conversions, traffic types, and performance metrics. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; professional email and presentation skills. Client Handling: Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like HasOffers/Affise, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Excel, etc. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot issues proactively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with digital marketing agencies or affiliate networks. Understanding of CPL/CPA/CPI models and global traffic types. Ability to work well in a fast-moving and target-driven environment.
