Job Title: Senior Executive – Customer Success (BGV Services) Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Chennai, India Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction. - Onboarding & Implementation: Support new clients onboarding, explaining processes, timelines, and requirements clearly. - Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor end-to-end BGV processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. - Issue Resolution: Handle client escalations promptly, working with internal teams for effective resolution. - Performance Reporting: Share periodic updates, reports, and insights with clients to maintain transparency. - Cross-sell & Upsell Support: Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities for service expansion. - Relationship Building: Conduct regular review meetings with clients to build long-term partnerships. Requirements / Skills & Qualifications: - 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Client Servicing roles within BGV or HR services. - Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
