We are looking for a Senior Executive – Customer Success to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction. • Onboarding & Implementation: Support new clients onboarding, explaining processes, timelines, and requirements clearly. • Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor end-to-end BGV processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. • Issue Resolution: Handle client escalations promptly, working with internal teams for effective resolution. • Performance Reporting: Share periodic updates, reports, and insights with clients to maintain transparency. • Cross-sell & Upsell Support: Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities for service expansion. • Relationship Building: Conduct regular review meetings with clients to build long-term partnerships. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Client Servicing roles within BGV or HR services. • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently. • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
