Senior Executive – FP&A

We are hiring a Data Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for our Staffing / Services business. This role will be responsible for revenue and cost analysis, P&L preparation, budgeting, MIS reporting, and management financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** • Perform revenue analysis including Unbilled revenue, Billings, and Client profitability. • Conduct detailed cost analysis (employee costs, overheads, project-wise margins). • Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards. • Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities. • Work closely with business, sales, and operations teams to support decision-making. **Skills & Requirements:** • Strong experience in FP&A, MIS, and financial reporting. • Advanced MS Excel skills, including: • VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP. • IF conditions. • Pivot Tables & Charts. • Knowledge of Excel Macros and SQL is an added advantage. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
