Senior Executive – HR, Accounts & Admin Location: Navi Mumbai CTC: ₹38,000 per month Key Responsibilities HR Operations :• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements .• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases .• Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc. .• Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for salary processing. .• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and benefits. .• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). .• Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation. • Coordinate with recruiters or recruitment agencies for hiring support. Accounts & Admin • Perform daily accounting tasks and data entry in Tally. • Maintain records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense reports. • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with the CA or finance consultant. • Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. • Oversee procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations. • Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises. • Organize travel arrangements, internal meetings, and employee engagement events. • Ensure implementation and compliance with office policies and procedures. • Monitor and maintain AMC contracts and office infrastructure. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, accounts, and admin roles, preferably in a corporate or industrial setup. • Strong knowledge of HR operations, basic accounting principles, and statutory compliance. • Proficient in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
